Change things around

There are so many things I want and I have no idea how to get any of them.

I would like to lose Weight…can, the ‘ seem to find a way I can to keep.

I would like to publish a Book…can, the ‘ t appear in the long enough, a book, actually to stop it before you focus to another.

I would like to open a Daycare…don ‘ t, as even begin in the world knowledge examines how to do.

I would like a place of my Own…can, the ‘ t it afford.

I would like to no longer to be a teacher if it, that do what I have done, all is teaching around this sub site for the last three Months…but, means I know like to do.

It is a series of boy meets world recognizes where Shawn that he has always an Eskimo stand in his way if he tries to do something or to achieve something.  (It’s actually pretty ironic that I now do on this episode because it is their Super Bowl episode and Super is the Bowl coming in a few weeks haha).  No matter, I can relate to Shawn because I seem to have a lot of “Eskimos” my path was only one reason or another and I can not seem to plow through in any direction, and stand on one leg in at least one area of my life, I am trying to improve.

Today tonight but I have some great planning and I’m through hoping to finally bust and make some things happen, all in all areas.  I am sick feel, misery and like a failure in 22 years old, to enjoy my life about me as I.  I would be Looing ahead with hope, not horrible.

* Peace *.

Yesterday I sent a heart felt prayer and I asked the Lord for the peace for a few situations will be through. I know life will not be perfect, but if I could have peace on these things, it would be to go through so much more bearable. I have a situation of peace in unexpected ways that I could ever think of the. But as they say, the Lord works in mysterious ways and that’s the darn truth. The conversation, and those involved last night was shocking, but it ended with me they accept people as they are, judge to stop, & only life my as well as I can. It was Just…peace!

I felt a peace of my profit as the day went on. I had still temptations, but I struggled yesterday. I had 2 cups Special K cereal with 1% milk for breakfast. Slim, fast cash, peanut butter and banana for lunch. Fried chicken breast, baby carrots, 10, 2 El Ranch and a banana for dinner. 10 Cups of water. Exercise: 2 hours total. 1 Hour bicycle before work. 30 Minutes of muscle building (poor/abs) and 30 minutes bike after work. Get it done!

January Podcast: Changing Diets, Organics, Snack Attack Advice, Body Image, Finding Time

It’s a new year and I’m setting a new Podcast Schedule! I realize they’ve been few and far between this past year and I’m sorry. Blame the baby. It’s his fault. ;)

My goal for 2012 is one podcast a month. I think it’s realistic and I don’t want to make any promises I can’t keep. That being said the podcasts themselves will be longer. I thought it would be hard to talk that long but apparently I’m a chatterbox. I think you already knew that.

Topics include…

Making the switch from Medifast to Weight Watchers Weight Watchers online, face-to-face or on my own? My take on organic foods, CSA, produce picks. Tips for college student living abroad. Advice for fellow snackers. Body image stuff <- the question that makes me cry. ugh. How did I get started? My motivated and how I find the time.

Wednesday Weigh In: WRONG DIRECTION

There’s so much I want to get out of my head except I’m EXHAUSTED and I’m going to bed. Sleep is just too important. That being said, I’ll say one little thing…

Even though I’m a little cranky that the scale went up 1.6 pounds since last week I’m not letting it take away how AWESOME I’ve been feeling lately! Scale or no scale I’m just in the zone with my overall food choices (although I did nibble a little too much this weekend) and I’m ROCKING the work outs. I even fit into a pair of jeans this week that I haven’t been able to pull up past my hips since before being pregnant! They were super tight, but a few months ago I couldn’t get them on at all.

I also hit the grocery store today and stocked up for the week (I’m planning a Wed to Wed week.)

A Simple Sensational Sunday at Home

The only time I left the house today was for a run and it was glorious! (Both the run and chilling at home with my boys.)

I got lots of work done. I got lots of family time in. I couldn’t ask for a better day.

It all started when I woke up just a little bit earlier than everyone else. When that happens I take advantage and get some work done. Today it was FitBloggin’. I’ve been going though speaker applications and working on the agenda all weekend. I also created the buttons and updated the Who’s Comin’ page. When you work for yourself you work when you can and for me that was 6:30 this morning.

Soon I was joined by Little Guy and we took a Highlights break…
